Applicable to TRUSS LeafLock Gutter Installation- consisting of receptor truss and gutter mount clip (“Product”).

In accordance with high standards and tight quality controls this product will not rust, burn, or support combustion, or split or crack due to cold weather because it is made from aluminum.*

A. TRUSS BLDG. PROD (“Truss”) warrants this Gutter affixing system to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. This is a limited lifetime warranty. TRUSS will replace such product or part thereof which, upon inspection by TRUSS, is found to be defective in materials and workmanship. As a condition to the obligation of TRUSS to replace such product, the product must be returned to TRUSS together with proof-of-purchase satisfactory to TRUSS.

B. The Proper Return Authorization Number must be obtained from TRUSS in advance of return. Call TRUSS at (888)724-6329 to receive the number to be displayed on the outside of your shipping container.

C. This Warranty applies to Truss LeafLock Gutter Installation parts only and does not cover any installation, reinstallation repair or labor costs incurred as a result of the replacement of these parts or products.

All returns must be accompanied by a written statement setting forth the name, address and daytime telephone number of the owner, together with a brief description of any claimed defects. Parts or product for which replacement is made shall become the property of TRUSS.

The customer shall be responsible for all costs of transportation and insurance, both to and from the factory of TRUSS, and shall be required to prepay such costs.

TRUSS shall use reasonable efforts to replace any Truss affixing system part covered by this limited lifetime warranty within thirty days of receipt. In the event replacement should require more than thirty days, TRUSS shall notify the customer accordingly. TRUSS reserves the right to replace any product which has been discontinued from its product line with a new product of comparable value and function.

This warranty shall be void and of no force and effect in the event a covered product has been modified in design or function, or subjected to abuse, misuse, mishandling, improper repair, improper installation (as outlined on Truss’s website leaflockusa.com), lightning, hurricane, tornado, windstorm, earthquake, hail or other acts of God or War. Further, product malfunction or deterioration due to normal wear is not covered by this warranty.

TRUSS DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WHETHER OF MERCHANTABILITY OR OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH HEREIN.

THE SOLE OBLIGATION OF TRUSS UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SHALL BE TO REPAIR OR REPLACE THE COVERED PRODUCT, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TERMS SET FORTH HEREIN. TRUSS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY LOST PROFITS, GENERAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHICH MAY RESULT FROM BREACH OF ANY WARRANTY, OR ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE ANY TRUSS PRODUCT. ANY WARRANTIES WHICH ARE IMPLIED AND WHICH CANNOT BE DISCLAIMED SHALL BE LIMITED IN DURATION TERM OF ONE YEAR FROM THE DATE OF ORIGINAL RETAIL PURCHASE.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or limitation on how long an
implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you.

This warranty is valid only after the warranty agreement is completed by a Truss authorized Contractor and signed by the
original owner(s).

THIS WARRANTY IS TRANSFERABLE BY THE ORIGINAL PROPERTY OWNER(S) TO SUBSEQUENT OWNER(S) PROVIDED TRUSS RECEIVES WRITTEN NOTICE OF THE TRANSFER WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS OF NEW OWNERSHIP. FAILURE TO DO SO RELIEVE TRUSS OF ANY CONTINUING OBLIGATION PURSUANT TO THIS WARRANTY.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state.

TRUSS reserves the right to modify or discontinue any Truss Affixing System part, without prior notice to you. If warranty problems arise contact:
